Our Foundation Outreach programme is run through the Reed’s School Primary & Secondary Forums.
These Forums provide an opportunity for schools in deprived areas of London and the South East to share the excellent resources at Reed’s School, to gain access to expertise and facilities and to offer a range of enrichment activities to their pupils. The aim is to raise aspirations and improve the performance of young people facing hardship in these deprived areas.
By working collaboratively with teachers and partner organisations to train and deliver a range of activities, the Forums have been able to offer new and exciting opportunities to over 5,000 children from low income families.
In addition, by building strong relationships with teachers from our Forum schools, we are able to promote the Foundation Bursary programme and help identify potential deserving candidates for Foundation places.
