RECEPTIONIST AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking to appoint a full time Receptionist and general Office Administrator to join our busy front office team.
Reporting into the Headmaster’s PA, you will work on the reception desk in the mornings and assist the School, and specifically the Senior Management Team, with day to day administrative support during the afternoons.
You will have excellent organisational and customer service skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your workload. Previous experience within a similar administrative/secretarial role would be advantageous.
This will be a year round role and the successful candidate will be required to work during school holidays.

TEMPORARY ART TECHNICIAN
Required w/c 24th August 2015
We are looking to recruit a temporary Art Technician to support the School’s thriving Art Department on a short term basis. The main duties will include preparing materials, ordering stock and organising exhibitions.
This will be an on-going temporary role (week by week), ideally for 3 days per week with hours to be agreed with the Head of Art.
Previous experience of working in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential as training can be given while in post.

We are looking for qualified, part time lifeguards to take responsibility for the health and safety of our members in the pool and ensure all our poolside activities and dry side activities are promoted and run effectively.
