FORS Christmas Fair BOOKINGS 2024

If you've been approved to book a space for our 2024 Christmas Fair on Friday 22nd November 2024 please complete the Booking Form below and make the relevant payment by direct transfer (account details are in the form) to confirm your booking.

Please note our TERMS & CONDITIONS as follows:

All stall tables will be provided by the school - your own racks/rails may be accommodated by prior arrangement only and may be subject to additional charges. A limited number of multiples of tables are available on a pro rata cost basis.

All stallholders must posses current and adequate £5 million Public, Product and Employers Liability insurance. Please note your booking is not confirmed until payment and valid PLI certificate has been received.

We ask stallholders to kindly donate a prize for our fundraising raffle.

Please note we have a No Fur and No Nut policy.

It is a requirement under Trading Standard Legislation to ensure your trading name is visible to all visitors.

You have the right to a full refund if requested within 14 days of making payment, after this period, we will endeavour to reimburse your payment if a suitable replacement can be found but this cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation within 28 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event that we have to cancel the Fair, you will be entitled to a full refund.
