Reed's Cricket School

The Jarrett Indoor Cricket Centre at Reed's is considered to be one of the best facilities of its kind in the country. It boasts 5 lanes (some with Pitchvision Smartlane facility), a Viewing Gallery and a Café. We run Courses and Net Hire for the local community.

Keith (known as "Medders") took nearly 400 first-class wickets and scored just short of 4,000 runs in his cricket career, including a debut century in 1984. He toured the West Indies with England in 1989-90 and went with England A to Sri Lanka the following winter. After being forced to retire from first-class cricket at the age of 26 Medders returned to Surrey as coach in 1997 helping them win three County Championship titles and four One-Day trophies. In 2004 he became the High Performance Manager for the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires and has been the Cricket Professional at Reed’s School since 2006.

All the coaches in our team are ECB qualified, DSB checked and have current child protection qualifications.

All of our courses run in partnership with the Rajasthan Royals Academy and take place in the state-of-the-art Jarrett Indoor Cricket Centre. Net hire and individual coaching sessions run throughout the year. Limited 1-2-1 technical skills-based sessions are available.
