Rooted in the 200-year-old philanthropic vision of Reverend Dr Andrew Reed, who founded Reed's School in 1813, the Reed's Schools’ Family of Schools brings together leading schools united by a shared commitment to excellence, values-led education, and outstanding pastoral care.

Today, that family comprises Reed's School, Ripley Court School, and Feltonfleet School, together offering over 400 years of collective educational experience. With a clear pathway from nursery through to Sixth Form, the Family of Schools provides a co-educational environment across all three schools, while preserving parental and pupil choice of senior school at either 11 or 13,  always guided by the best interests of the child.

Each school retains its own distinctive identity, culture, and ethos, while collaborating to share best practice in teaching, pastoral care and leadership, and utilising the extensive facilities of all three schools. The family's founding values of character development, compassion, integrity, inclusion, and service remain at the heart of everything we do.

Through the Andrew Reed Foundation, the Family extends its mission beyond the classroom, providing financial support and specialist pastoral care for pupils who have lost the support of one or both parents.

Our focus has always been, and always will be, on developing the individual child and nurturing independent thinkers who act with integrity and contribute positively to the world around them.
