After graduating with a first-class degree in Music from the University of Oxford, Sarah worked in the Further Education sector, leading the extra-curricular and Higher Education provision at a college in Wiltshire.

In 2011, Sarah joined Reed’s as the Assistant Director of Music, with a promotion to Head of Academic Music a few years later and then to also include the role of Director of Higher Education and Careers.

Sarah holds a passion for ensuring that all students make an informed and well-supported decision for their life after Reed’s, and over the last few years has overseen a transformation in the way students are supported and guided from First Form through to Upper Sixth and beyond. Preparing students for an ever-changing future and with an ever-changing tertiary sector makes this a hugely rewarding role.

When not at Reed’s, Sarah enjoys running, house renovations and travelling with her husband and young daughter (with a particular fondness for remote Scottish islands).
