Governors & Senior Leadership Team

John joined the Governing board at Reed’s in 2023. After attending Dulwich College, he studied Medicine at Cambridge University, graduating from Emmanuel College with a First Class Honours Degree. John has gained a wide range of experience in a number of prestigious hospitals including the Royal Brompton, Guy’s and St Thomas’, the Hammersmith, Royal Free and University College. He also won a competitive medical scholarship and spent three years on an International Fellowship at the world-renowned Columbia University in New York completing his Doctorate degree. John became a Consultant Respiratory Physician in 2004 at Kingston Hospital and in 2009 became the Senior Physician in Respiratory Medicine. In 2018 he was promoted to lead the various medical departments as Clinical Director at Kingston Hospital. He has worked simultaneously in the private sector for almost 20 years.
