Seven students attended RGS Guildford's recent Model United Nations (MUN) Conference and representd Chile. Heated debates and fascinating discussions took place throughout the day. Overall a huge success for Reed's when Harry D won Highly Commended Delegate in the Human Rights Committee and Ben C received an honourable mention in the Environmental Committee. . #modelunitednations #modelunitednationsconference #highlycommended

The whole school gathered together at 11am this morning to honour the Old Reedonians who served and died for us, especially those who may have no one else to remember them. Rev Winter led us in a short service where he acknowledged the horror of all war and the courage of the people who choose to face danger on behalf of others, including those serving today in the armed forces, as well as the other emergency services. He urged us to to commit ourselves to avoiding war and violence where possible and instead pursue peace and justice within our own communities. The Corps of Drums also led proceedings in Cobham High Street yesterday with our CCF cadets supporting them. . #ArmisticeDay #wewillrememberthem #lestweforget
